A. Our Personal Emergency Response GPS System covers the entire USA - all 50 states. Generally, our system will only communicate with the monitoring center where there is adequate cellular service and coverage and the GPS application of the “rescue button” will only work where GPS service and coverage is available. See the Monitoring Agreement at our “Order” page for additional terms, conditions and limitations.
A. No. Our Personal Emergency Response GPS System uses the state-of-the-art iHelp+ 3G mobile alert system. There is no base station or landline phone needed to use our "rescue button." It has a microphone and speaker to enable easy and clear two-way communication with one of our highly-trained emergency operators. Our "rescue button" has 3G application, which means that you can take it anywhere with adequate cellular coverage and we'll get you help where and when you need it, even if you can't speak to our operator. A. The “rescue button” and all accessories costs $99.00 and there is a $25.00 activation fee. The accessories include a battery charger, battery, power cable, car charging adapter, breakaway neck lanyard, wrist strap, and holster. The monthly monitoring service is $24.95 per month. The initial monitoring contract is for 12 months and it simply renews on a month-to-basis thereafter unless cancelled.
A. When you press the "rescue button" you will be connected to our monitoring center and will speak to a highly-trained operator at our monitoring center who will know WHO you are and WHERE you are The operator will have your Personal Profile and ask if you need help. Depending on your response and the situation, the operator will contact the appropriate emergency responders in your location and the operator can also contact the people on your Contact List. If the operator is unable to hear you or if you don't respond after pushing the "rescue button," the operator will automatically contact the emergency responder in your area. In other words, if the operator doesn't hear you, the operator will assume you need urgent help.
Our "rescue button" can also automatically send an instant SMS Text Message to your emergency contacts alerting them that you pressed your "rescue button" and provide them with a link showing your location (all of this through the GPS application of the "rescue button").
A. In most cases, the "rescue button" will be shipped to you the day you place your order or the next business day. The "rescue button" will come with easy to follow instructions and will be fully activated. You should charge your "rescue button" for 4 hours before its first use. We recommend that you press the "rescue button" as soon as you get it to verify the connection and so you can see how it works (simply tell the operator that you're testing the "rescue button" and tell the operator your "rescue button" password). A. The Personal Emergency Response GPS System "rescue button" is the state-of-the-art iHelp+ 3G mobile alert system and is manufactured by Wearable Health Solutions, Inc., a leader in the alarm and safety device sector.
A. You can press the "rescue button" in any emergency or duress situation and you can press the "rescue button" anytime you need to test it. We want you to use the "rescue button" anytime and every time you need to. There are limitations with respect to abusive use of the "rescue button," so please read our monitoring agreement for terms, conditions and limitations at the Order page.
A. When the "rescue button" is pressed, it will tell you that a call is being placed to the monitoring center and a signal is sent to our monitoring center. Even if the operator can't hear you or you can't hearing the operator, the operator will know that there may be an emergency situation and will take appropriate action and contact the appropriate emergency responders in your location. Also, our operator will follow the protocol you set up. For example, you may have the operator notify an emergency contact on your Contact List first, and then call the appropriate emergency responders. We follow your instructions.
If you are in a location that does not have adequate cellular service, the "rescue button" will so advise you and the call to the monitoring center will not be made at that time. If you don't have adequate cellular service, you will need to move to a location that has cellular service and push the "rescue button."
1. Read and accept the Monitoring Contract.
2. Fill out the Subscriber Profile form and Emergency Contacts form.
3. Provide your credit card information.
4. Submit your order.
We will need the name, mailing address, email address and phone number of the Subscriber and the Payer, if different from the Subscriber, and where we will be shipping the "rescue button" to. We will also ask for you to provide a few names and numbers of family members, friends or neighbors you want called in case of an emergency. You can also provide us with special instructions in the event that you push your "rescue button" (for instance, "Call my husband [name] first and then contact the appopirate emerency responder."). The Subcriber and the Payer, if different from the Subscriber, will need to electronically sign the Order Form and Monitoring Contract.
When you order the Subscriber or the Payer, if different from the Subscriber, will also need to provide your initial payment using a credit card or debit card for the "rescue button," activation fee and the first month's monitoring service, and approve automatic monthly payments from the credit card or debit card for the monitoring service pursuant to the monitioring agreement. The cost of the iHelp+ 3G "rescue button" is $99.00, the activation fee is $25.00 and the monitoring service is $24.95 a month. The term of the monitoring service is twelve months and will continue on a month-to-month basis thereafter unless cancelled.

Generally, your "rescue button" will ship out to you the same day of your order or the next business day and the Personal Emergency Response GPS System will be ready to use and protect you as soon as you get it. You should charge your "rescue button" for 4 hours before its first use. We recommend that you press the "rescue button" as soon as you get it to verify the connection and so you can see how it works (simply tell the operator that you're testing the "rescue button" and give the operator your "rescue button" password). A. Yes, information can be changed anytime and as many times as needed at no charge. If your cellphone number changes, just let us know. If any of your emergency contact information changes, just let us know.
Note: You must be 18 years or older to subscribe, although the responsible payer does not need to be the subscriber. Certain terms and limitations apply. The iHelp+ 3G “rescue button” will only communicate with our monitoring center when there is cellphone coverage and availability and will only provide approximate, if not exact, location when there is GPS coverage and availability.
